Stefan – Captain Leeu
Stefan has captained and been in command of many different sailing yachts and motor yachts around the world. Hundreds of Yacht Crew have benefitted from his training and knowledge of the industry.
All our professional skippers are hand-picked by Captain Leeu and screened or trained by himself.
​He is a licensed and trained, commercially endorsed Captain with a license to drive sailing and power-driven vessels on any body of water around the world.
He remains undefeated by the challenges that arose on the vessels he has captained.

Dylan
Dylan has been deck/stew as well as a sole deckhand on many large vessels. He has worked for many different yacht owners as a deck crew as well as ground support and charter agent.
Dylan understands the yachting industry from many different angles and is one of the most skilled yachties to learn from.
The art of yacht washdowns, yacht detailing, and line handling is what Dylan has perfected over the years and shares with great enthusiasm.
Dylan does not shy away from any opponents taking him on for a yacht washdown battle.

Storm
Storm is a well-rounded yachtie who has spent most of his time sailing in the Mediterranean on various vessels and catamarans as a skipper.
​With many charters under his belt, he excels in enhancing every guest’s experience. Leading by example, he generously shares his trade secrets, nurturing the crew with a gentle teaching style.
Moreover, Storm is an avid sportsman who understands the pressure of excelling and always finishing with excellence. His passion for sailing and sportsmanship make him an inspiring figure in the yachting world.
​This skipper lands a massive punch usually whipping up a storm. ( excuse the pun)

Clinton
Having worked on superyachts, managing charter fleets, and captaining yachts for the wealthy, Clinton is one of the captains you want to spend time with.
Sharing his knowledge about dealing directly with owners, managing interior and exterior crew as well as contractors will set you apart from any other greeny or aspiring captain. Clinton has worked with all sorts onboard and will share vital skills and characteristics that captains and owners look for when interviewing and appointing crew.
Weighing in at the highest fighting weight when it comes to tackling and fighting problems on any yacht.

Emma
Hailing from London, Emma has been working in the yachting industry for a number of years and has experienced both motor and sailing yachts with knowledge of working in stewardess and deck hand roles. Emma has sailed everywhere from the Mediterranean to the Pacific and the Caribbean and particularly enjoys being amongst nature whilst at sea. Having previously worked as an emergency medical technician she has a deep understanding of responding to events in high pressure environments and thus always prioritises health and safety. Emma is a natural leader and finds satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals and is eager to share her knowledge with students
